Emerson Castro
FOUNDER + HEAD CHEF
Emerson Casto, founder/chef, was inspired to start a vegan food trailer after volunteering on board the John Paul De Joria (one of Captain Paul Watson's anti-whaling vessels) as head chef. Emerson's passion for cooking started at a young age and developed over the decades while working at various restaurants around Greater Melbourne.

Michelle has been a passionate animal advocate since her early teens and is excited about contributing to a kinder world for animals.
